AFC Fitness is seeking passionate, energetic, and experienced Group Exercise Instructors to join our dedicated team. As a Group Ex Instructor at AFC, you'll have the opportunity to motivate and inspire members on their fitness journey while being part of a supportive and health-focused community.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for certified fitness professionals who can create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you teach Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Dance, Strength, or anything else under the sun, we would love for you be a part of our community! We are especially interested in someone who can teach Pilates Reformer.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for all members
• Motivate, inspire, and lead large groups with confidence and enthusiasm
• Deliver a positive and consistent experience in every class
• Start and end all classes on time
• Offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels
• Maintain regular communication with the Group Fitness Manager regarding feedback, equipment needs, scheduling, and sub requests

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 1 year of group fitness instruction experience
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Current certification in the format(s) you teach (example: Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, etc.)
