Job Title Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Location Hybrid in Malvern, PA (Philadelphia suburb); 2 days per week in office. Candidates should ideally live within a 45-minute commute.

Role Type Direct Hire

Must Have Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (including App Services, Function Apps, and Entra)
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical mindset with thoughtful, strategic decision-making skills

Responsibilities and Job Details :

  • Own and operate the companys Azure cloud production environment end-to-end
  • Design and implement infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for production infrastructurethis is a standalone role requiring independent thinking
  • Collaborate with development teams to support CI / CD workflows and ensure operational stability
  • Build and manage automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure configurations
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Maintain high standards for documentation, change management, and operational procedures
  • Play a critical role in shaping the future of cloud operations as the team grows
  • Work closely with leadership in a non-micromanaged, self-sufficient environment
