Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., container orchestration, networking, storage, and secrets management). Deep knowledge of Docker and Terraform, plus a passion for automation. Experience working in multi‑environment or multi‑tenant SaaS setups. Familiarity with authentication technologies (OIDC / OAuth / SAML), secrets management, and secure deployment practices. Ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and enterprise technical stakeholders. Experience supporting deployments into highly regulated or security‑focused organisations. Exposure to on‑prem or hybrid‑cloud software delivery. Understanding of modern backend stacks (Python, FastAPI), databases, or event‑driven systems.

We’re hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build and run the infrastructure behind a next-generation enterprise AI platform. You’ll take ownership of deployment architecture, automation, and reliability across multiple customer environments, working closely with engineering and forward‑deployed teams to ensure smooth delivery of our product at scale.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys deep technical work, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and shaping how a modern AI platform is deployed into large organisations.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and operating containerised environments using tools such as Docker and AWS orchestration services.
- Building and maintaining infrastructure‑as‑code modules to automate customer deployments.
- Handling configuration, rollout, upgrades, and troubleshooting across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Diagnosing and resolving high‑impact issues quickly to keep customer projects on track.
- Feeding insights from real implementations back into the product to help improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Working with customer engineering teams to ensure deployments align with security and compliance requirements.
