A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
Initiate targeted outreach to high-value companies to generate interest
Create compelling messaging based on a comprehensive understanding of the company's features and benefits
Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets while collecting data for improvements
Required Qualifications
Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience is an asset but not required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record
Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada
Experience in tech, SaaS, Salesforce, or project management is a plus
Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
