With incredible demand across the country, we have an immediate need for a Inside Sales Executive in our Phoenix, AZ office.

What You'll Do :

  • Engage with warm leads (inbound & outbound) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Educate potential customers on real estate investment strategies and Home365's platform.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track interactions in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of sales experience (real estate, SaaS, or investment-related sales is a plus.)
  • Real estate agent experience is highly valued this role is perfect for agents looking to transition into a sales role with a steady stream of inbound leads and an uncapped earning potential.
  • A driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset You love closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills You can build rapport and handle objections with ease.
  • Ability to learn quickly Interest in real estate investing and technology is a big plus.
  • Highly organized You can manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
