As a Finance Intern, you will perform the following tasks:

• Lead projects across the factory departments related to simplifying budgeting and tracking actual costs;

• Participate in the Finance Department's month-end close and simplify the closing process;

• Prepare departmental reports based on the results of your monitoring.

Compensation & benefits:

• Monthly salary 100 000 rubles gross

• Hybrid work format

• 5/2 work schedule with a choice of: 8/9:00-17/18:00 - Monday-Thursday; 8/9:00-14:30/15:30 - Friday

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support

• You are a third- or fourth-year student or a recent graduate (up to two years after graduation);

• IT skills and interest in task automation (macro writing)

• Experience in optimizing business tasks using IT tools will be an advantage;

• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher level);

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills;

• Critical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to work in diverse organizations and teams;

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
