A company is looking for a Project Manager, Integrations & Implementations to lead the onboarding of newly acquired insurance agencies onto their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full integration project plan across various departments including HR, IT, and Operations
Oversee Day 1 rollout and onboarding sessions for newly acquired teams
Create and improve integration playbooks and communication kits for future acquisitions
Required Qualifications
3+ years in project management, implementation, consulting, or integration roles
Experience with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
PMP or Agile certification is a bonus
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to navigate complex team dynamics
