Weekly Compensation : Up to $2,400 per week, based on experience

About the Role : \n\n

Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected healthcare provider north of Woodlands, TX, to offer a Travel Physical Therapist position. This 13-week contract role provides a fantastic opportunity for experienced physical therapists seeking stability and a new challenge.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities :

\n\n \n\t

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or disabilities.\n\t
  • Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions according to established protocols and patient needs.\n\t
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.\n\t
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.\n\t
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.\n\t
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.\n\t
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry practices.\n

    Education & Certification Requirements :

    \n\n \n\t

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.\n\t
  • Current Physical Therapy license in Texas or eligibility for Texas licensure.\n\t
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.\n\t
  • Board Certification in a specialty area of physical therapy is preferred but not mandatory.\n

    Preferred Qualifications :

    \n\n \n\t

  • Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.\n\t
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\t
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\n
