The therapist will provide care for adult and geriatric patients. The patient ratio is 1 : 1. Experience with Homecare Homebase and OASIS charting is essential. The role requires engaging with patients and providing tailored rehabilitation services. Therapists must maintain thorough documentation of patient progress. It is important for candidates to adapt to home care environments. Flexibility and effective communication skills are necessary for success in this role. Preferred candidates should have the capacity to work independently. Adherence to safety and health standards is mandatory while working with patients.
