Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across LATAM operations.
  • Analyze financial performance and support monthly financial reviews and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments such as operations, sales, and delivery to align financial reporting with business needs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
  • Assist with tax and regulatory filings in coordination with finance leadership and external partners.
  • Contribute to cross-border initiatives and support financial aspects of expansion projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in financial analysis, accounting, or reporting are a plus.

    • Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related finance roles.
  • Experience in multinational environments or tech companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and standards (U.S. GAAP is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
