A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring system integration and reliability
Operationalize go-to-market motions by enabling campaigns and managing lead routing and nurture workflows
Establish data governance standards and collaborate with RevOps for seamless data management and performance measurement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM Engineering role
Hands-on experience as an administrator of HubSpot (Marketing and / or Sales Hub)
Proven ability to integrate SaaS platforms using APIs and automation tools
Strong understanding of GTM fundamentals and proficiency in data manipulation using SQL or advanced spreadsheet functions
Experience with CMS platforms like Webflow, particularly in connecting forms and tracking code
