Our Commercial Consrtuction client  is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Construction Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team. This is a great opportunity for a  early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction. This client offers exceptional backlog of work with  r enovations, seismic upgrades, and tenant improvements for existing structures — such as office build-outs, historic buildings, and commercial interiors.

Responsibilities

Assist senior estimators with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates

Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Help solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids

Support preparation of budgets and bid proposals

Maintain estimating databases and cost histories

Participate in pre-bid meetings and internal reviews

Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required

Basic understanding of construction means and methods

Strong math, organizational, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Excel; estimating software experience is a plus

Ability to work well in a team and learn in a fast-paced environment
