Manager, Software Development - Modern Web Applications

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Development Manager who will own end-to-end responsibility for building a modern, cloud-native web application-including architecture, infrastructure, and operational excellence. This is a player-coach role : you will lead and mentor a team while remaining deeply hands-on at the architectural level, shaping technical direction and ensuring best practices. The ideal candidate is an expert in back-end development with strong containerization and event-driven architecture experience, and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.

What You Will Be Doing In This Role :

• Take responsibility for the entire application stack : architecture, development, deployment, security, and performance.
• Drive technical strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for technology choices and design patterns.
