Role

Furlani Foods is seeking a(n) 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-speed food production plant, including managing a team of 50-100 associates. This role ensures operational efficiency through the enforcement of Lean Manufacturing principles and drives continuous improvement initiatives. A strong focus on employee engagement and strict adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards is essential to maintaining high operational and quality benchmarks.
