A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant / Patient Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding digital and phone-based support to patients with empathy and professionalism
Guide patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and lab work
Review and interpret lab results under provider guidance and facilitate communication between patients and providers
Qualifications :
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - required
3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
Strong understanding of medical terminology, lab testing, and treatment workflows
Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth platforms
Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technologies and processes
