Billing Customer Support Specialist

Howly is a Ukrainian startup in the ecosystem of the multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We aim to revolutionize the online consultation sphere and actively work on a platform that will make this possible. We are currently looking for a Billing Customer Support Specialist who will communicate with our users via email and help them resolve any payment issues they encounter.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers via email with subscription cancellations, refunds;
• Follow all necessary instructions to provide quality services;
• Resolve tickets through Zendesk;
• Work on a 3 by 3 schedule.
