Physician Urology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of urologic conditions affecting adult patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care. This role includes both outpatient consultations and surgical procedures in Delray Medical Center and / or Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

Great work life balance!  Hours are 9 : 00-5 : 00 (closed 12 : 00-1 : 00 daily).

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system in adult patients (average patient in 70’s)
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as cystoscopies, urodynamics, and imaging studies
• Manage conditions including kidney stones, incontinence, urinary tract infections, prostate issues, and cancers of the bladder, kidneys, and prostate
• Perform urologic surgeries including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
• Prescribe and monitor medications and nonsurgical treatments
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, oncologists, nephrologists, and other specialists as needed
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
