Software Engineer I - Product Development

Join PagerDuty's core feature engineering team and ship customer-facing features that transform how responders orchestrate and resolve incidents at scale. You'll build and own features end-to-end across services and UI (e.g., Java / Go / TypeScript / React, Kafka, MySQL, AWS), collaborate closely with Product and UX, and operate what you ship in production.
Working from our San Francisco office 2 days per week, you'll be part of a supportive, international team where your work directly improves experiences used by leading enterprise customersdelivering visible impact week over week.

Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this position is 98,000 - 165,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and / or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills / competencies and experience.
