We’re seeking a hands-on contractor to manage and operate a high-volume, fast-casual food location featuring multiple food brands. As an independent operator, you’ll have the autonomy to manage operating hours, staffing, and menus, while benefiting from operational and technical support, marketing, and demand engine.

What You’ll Do As An Operator

As an Operator, you’ll step into an entrepreneurial role where hustle meets leadership. You’ll be trusted to run the business, inspire your team, and drive growth.

• Run daily operations for a multi-brand, fast-casual restaurant
• Build, lead, and hire a small, high-performing team
• Maximize revenue opportunities
• Adapt and innovate offerings to meet local market trends and customer demand
• Own the results — you’ll have autonomy with flexible support and resources
