JOB SUMMARY :

Join our dynamic team as a Lead UX / UI Designer to spearhead bold innovations and strategic design visions, fostering stakeholder alignment and accelerating market offerings. Through storytelling, prototyping, and rigorous experimentation, you will drive emotional engagement and actionable insights, leading our design efforts from conception to polished execution. Your role will be instrumental in mentoring emerging designers and managing cross-functional initiatives to deliver delightful user experiences.

• Develop and communicate an inspiring design vision and strategy for stakeholder alignment.
• Utilize storytelling and prototyping to amplify customer stories and drive accountability.
• Guide experimentation plans with clear hypotheses and meaningful metrics for new offerings.
• Provide mentorship and foster a culture of feedback and continuous learning within the design team.

Must have Skills

Industry Experience :

Experience designing AI-driven or emerging technology experiences is highly desirable. A background in SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.

This role bridges innovative design with strategic business outcomes, requiring a seasoned leader well-versed in user experience methodologies and digital product design.
