Product Manager Beef Value Added

Purpose and Scope / General Summary : The Pro duct Manager plays a pivotal dual role in driving product strategy and enhancing business operations within the Value-Added Beef team. This position supports strategic decision-making across pricing product development and operational planning. By analyzing market trends meat yields and customer expectations the pro duct manager helps optimize value-added beef products for profitability and performance. Working closely with sales marketing and operations teams the pro duct manager ensures alignment with financial goals and product targets. Through cross-functional collaboration they deliver actionable insights that fuel innovation and product success

Responsibilities :

• Product Development

Complete NPRs (New Product Requests); submit NPRs and track through the system.

Work with product / category management to prioritize appropriately to maximize margin and customer service.

Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
