A company is looking for a People Operations Partner (m / f / d).
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the full employee experience across Europe, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding
Manage payroll processes in Germany and Austria, collaborating with external tax offices
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy in HRIS data
Required Qualifications
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or related fields
3+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR role in a fast-paced, international environment
Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Hands-on payroll experience in Germany, with knowledge of Austria, France, Spain, or the UK being advantageous
Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Personio or HiBob, and managing employee data
