Receptionist

PRN shifts will range from 7am-4 : 30pm, 8am-4 : 30pm, 12 : 30-9pm, and 2-10 : 30pm. Additional shifts may be available to be picked up during the week or additional weekends. Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend, either 8am-8 : 30pm or 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities

Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas.

Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls.

Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.

Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.

Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education : High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note : Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

Previous administrative, receptionist or customer service experience strongly preferred.
