Pay Rate: $30 to $32 per hour on W2 Basis

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Communication and Integration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the seamless integration of Retail Stores into the broader Store organization, focusing on Merchandise, Marketing, and Cast Communication. This position is responsible for assisting in planning, integration, and the successful execution of key initiatives across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with headquarters leaders and field teams to effectively implement strategies, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Retail Stores.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist in the planning and integration of Retail Stores within the Store organization.
• Support the execution of essential merchandising, marketing, and communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with headquarters leaders and field teams to implement effective strategies.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Provide support in planning and executing organization-wide initiatives.

Must have Skills

• Proficient in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in integration processes.

Industry Experience:

• Experience in the retail sector, particularly with a focus on merchandise and marketing, is preferred for this role.
