Key Responsibilities
Lead the Pre and Post Grant Award process, ensuring financial accountability and compliance
Oversee the development and implementation of standards and policies for grant management
Supervise and mentor a diverse team of grant professionals while collaborating with leadership to identify funding opportunities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in grants administration, with at least five years in a supervisory role
Experience working with government, corporate, and foundation funders
Understanding of proposal development elements, including needs assessments and evaluation protocols
Knowledge of federal, state, and funder regulations, including the Uniform Guidance
