Key Responsibilities
Utilize Masco Operating System (MOS) tools to identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Lead a team of technology leads to maintain and enhance customer solutions systems
Collaborate with Information Services (IS) and vendors to implement technology solutions that improve customer support efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a relevant field
Over 5 years of experience in leading customer service teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in customer service software systems and related tools
Deep understanding of customer needs and dedication to providing high-quality service
