Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented TeleChat Clerk to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide timely assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. As a key ambassador of our support team, your expertise in English and communication skills will contribute to maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat platforms promptly and professionally.
• Deliver accurate, clear, and concise information to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Navigate and utilize internal tools and systems to track, document, and manage support interactions.
• Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and related queries.
• Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
• Identify common customer pain points and report feedback to improve processes and services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US))
