ER Nurse ( Night Shift )

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced and compassionate  ER Nurse to join our team in  Everett, WA  for a full-time night shift position. You will provide direct, high-acuity care to patients in urgent and life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced emergency department.

Salary estimate :  $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 / year

• Triage, assess, and rapidly stabilize patients based on severity
• Deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, IVs, and perform emergency procedures
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate, real-time documentation
• Comply with infection control and safety standards
• Support patients and families through education and crisis care
• Active and unrestricted  Washington RN License or Compact RN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS  certifications (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year  of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
