Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Intake Coordinator :

• Serve as the initial contact for new patient referrals, gathering essential information and verifying insurance details.
• Collaborate closely with sales and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless patient care and timely processing of referrals.
• Input patient demographics, clinical data, and insurance information into the system accurately.
• Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and referral sources.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, emphasizing compassion and personal interest in patient care.
