What You’ll Do

• Create and hand-finish patterns, core boxes, and permanent molds of varying complexity
• Plan layouts, alignments, and fasten split sections to make plates or cope and drag plates with precise dimensions
• Operate a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, while programming software like SolidWorks for machining tasks
• Perform intricate hand and bench operations such as fitting, polishing, and scraping to achieve exact tolerances
• Review prints for errors, develop interim dimensions, and make templates as needed
• Engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor repairs

What You Bring

Preferred candidates will have prior SolidWorks and Mastercam experience and at least two years of CNC programming experience.
