[job_card.job_description]BHT work onsite 7.5 days on and 6.5 days off. They provide direct support for our clients throughout the day and into the evenings. Staff are provided with meals during their scheduled shifts as well as staff living quarters for the purpose of leisure time and sleeping arrangements BHT remain onsite during their scheduled 7.5-day shift Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services PTO & SICK plan Company paid professional development and training Access to on-site Gym / Weight Room while on breaks Employee discounts through local retailers Must be willing to work 7 ½ consecutive days on shift followed by 6 ½ days off Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)

We provide an enriching program that helps young adults improve their lives. Behavioral Health Technicians teach a wide variety of coping strategies and emotional regulation skills to our clients, empower clients to take responsibility for their actions, promote and encourage clients to make healthy decisions and positively motivate clients by modeling healthy behavior.
Responsibilities :
- Work as part of an integrative treatment team implementing compassionate clinical care
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions, process groups, mindfulness sessions and educational groups
- Help clients navigate an interactive schedule which includes education, sports, meditation, yoga and adventure activities
- Lead clients on overnight adventure activities (hiking, camping, canoeing)
- Provide a high level of physical and emotional safety to our clients
