Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service and quality while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain standards of food beverage and quality guest service.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses while maximizing profitability related to the food and beverage department.
• Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that align with the overall objectives of the hotel.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
• Increase guest satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional products through effective employee development.
• Manage operations in compliance with federal state local and industry regulations and standards.
• Maintain and implement procedures for credit control and financial management.
