What you’ll lead
- End‑to‑end project delivery in a consulting environment, coordinating multidisciplinary staff and client stakeholders
- Application of traffic engineering concepts to address mobility and safety challenges—or leveraging roadway design expertise to deliver practical solutions
- Hands‑on CADD use to develop, review, and refine project deliverables
- Active management of scope and budget, ensuring targets are met and changes are controlled
- Clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive decisions and progress
- Leadership that brings projects to successful completion
What you’ll bring
- Project management experience within a consulting firm
- Background in traffic engineering problem‑solving or roadway design
- CADD experience
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and scope
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency
- Excellent time management and organizational habits
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license
