Each day you’ll guide complex transportation assignments from kickoff to closeout—pairing traffic engineering judgment or roadway design know‑how with sharp project controls. You’ll move seamlessly between CADD workflows, client calls, internal team stand‑ups, and budget reviews, keeping scope, schedule, and quality aligned.

What you’ll lead

• End‑to‑end project delivery in a consulting environment, coordinating multidisciplinary staff and client stakeholders
• Application of traffic engineering concepts to address mobility and safety challenges—or leveraging roadway design expertise to deliver practical solutions
• Hands‑on CADD use to develop, review, and refine project deliverables
• Active management of scope and budget, ensuring targets are met and changes are controlled
• Clear communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive decisions and progress
• Leadership that brings projects to successful completion

What you’ll bring

• Project management experience within a consulting firm
• Background in traffic engineering problem‑solving or roadway design
• CADD experience
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and scope
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency
• Excellent time management and organizational habits
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license
