If you are an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who is looking for a great opportunity to work hard and experience a great deal of growth, we are glad you have found us!

At Restoration Counseling Service, our staff (each with unique specialties) treats a wide variety of challenges such as infidelity recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship counseling, childrens issues, grief, self-harm, PTSD, and much more. Our mission is to help our clients become all that they were created to be and we do so daily.

Requirements :

  • Must be a registered associate in the state of California.
  • Strong legal and ethical knowledge of the profession.
  • Strong ability to develop rapport with clients.
  • Must attend and participate in supervision (associate) and willing to attend training meetings.
  • Must enjoy being part of a well-rounded team.

Desired :

  • Christian counseling experience strongly preferred.
  • Some life experience that would help establish your credibility with older clients.
  • Willing to work Saturdays and some evenings.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with client goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in Simple Practice. Regular audits will be conducted.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and California BBS requirements.
  • Follow Restoration Counseling Service's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, support staff, and referral sources.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and team members.
