Hourly Pay Rate: W2: $46 1099: $57

Occupational Therapist Job Duties:

· Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow.

· Supervise COTAs daily.

· Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

• Current NYS OT License and Registration
• EMR Competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
