A company is looking for a Family Health Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches
Coordinate issue resolution with providers and payers, including claims adjustments and grievances
Provide proactive care guidance and education on health care inquiries and available resources
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2-year associate's degree in healthcare / health sciences or equivalent experience in healthcare
Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
Previous roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician are preferred
Experience resolving high-level customer service issues
