We’re working with an AmLaw Top 10 firm hiring a Litigation Associate (3–6 years) across its Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, New York, and Washington, DC offices . This elite team is known for litigating complex commercial disputes, cutting-edge technology issues, and sensitive matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and trade secrets—often spanning multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Litigating high-stakes commercial matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, platform liability, and privacy

Leading drafting on motions, managing discovery, and supporting trial teams on strategy and execution

Representing prominent clients across tech, private equity, and global markets

Navigating fast-moving regulatory and cross-border litigation

Collaborating closely with senior attorneys to deliver creative, bulletproof legal strategies

What They’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience at a top law firm handling complex commercial litigation

Exposure to cases involving breach of contract , trade secrets , fiduciary duty , data / privacy , or technology platform liability

Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic performance

Bar admission in the relevant state preferred (CA, NY, or DC)

Steady tenure—they’re looking for committed associates ready to grow
