A company is looking for a STD Team Lead - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Review and distribute daily reports to ensure team alignment
Drive workflow efficiency and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Coach team members on performance and lead training sessions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
3+ years of experience in STD and FMLA claims management
Familiarity with paid family leave required
Strong understanding of disability contract language and FMLA regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
