Kitchen Manager - Lead the Back-of-House & Bring the Heat!

What You'll Do
Back-of-House Leadership
- Train, coach, and set your team up for success
- Create fair, efficient schedules that keep operations running smoothly
- Oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation -because great food starts with great standards
- Jump in when needed-whether it's grill duty, expediting, or problem-solving
Business & Operations
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
2+ years leadership experience -you know how to run a team
Cool under pressure -you thrive in a high-energy setting
Strong communication & organizational skills -you keep things on track
ServeSafe Certified (or ability to obtain)
Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
