A company is looking for a Pipeline Simulation Engineer to develop and analyze simulation models for oil and gas pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of transient simulation models for existing pipeline systems
Perform hydraulic analysis and collaborate with customers to model fluid and mechanical properties
Establish best practices for simulation, optimization, and modeling processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in oil and gas pipeline modeling and software development
Technical expertise in hydraulic behavior and simulation tools
Ability to troubleshoot operational anomalies in simulation environments
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong documentation skills throughout the simulation model lifecycle
