Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Service Desk operations, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
Lead service reviews and define performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with teams to ensure operational readiness and support for services, while identifying risks and recommending improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
ITIL v4 certification is required
Proven experience in IT service delivery within an ITSM framework
Hands-on expertise with ITSM platforms and reporting tools
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across IT teams
