Role Overview

Were looking for driven Media Brokers who can play both sides of the table sourcing premium traffic from affiliates, publishers, and media buyers AND onboarding advertisers looking to scale high?intent inbound leads and calls. Youll serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio identifying new opportunities, launching campaigns, managing quality and performance, and getting paid commission on every dollar that runs through your network.

What Youll Do

Build Publisher Relationships

  • Recruit affiliates, media buyers, and publishers across email, search, display, native, and social
  • Onboard partners and connect them with offers across our marketplace
  • Optimize campaigns for quality, volume, and ROI

Grow Advertiser Accounts

  • Prospect and close advertisers from verticals like Medicare, Auto Insurance, Debt Relief, etc.
  • Deliver demos, communicate value props, and support campaign setup
  • Monitor campaign results and maximize LTV with upsells and retargeting

    • Own Your Book of Business

  • Track activity and performance using the EDM platform
  • Identify new verticals, test strategies, and launch initiatives
  • Drive revenue and earn commission based on net margin

    Dual?Sided Commission Structure

  • 10% commission on gross margin from publisher?driven traffic
  • 40% commission on net margin from advertiser campaigns
  • Weekly payouts on all funded volume
  • Sample trajectory (with consistent growth) :
  • Month 1 : ~$3,600

    • What Makes You a Fit

  • ? Experience in affiliate marketing, pay?per?call, media buying, or digital ad sales

  • ? Confident communicator and closer comfortable on calls and demos
