[job_card.job_description]Oversee invoice preparation, accuracy, compliance, and payment tracking Maintain consistent, reliable billing workflows aligned with company standards Serve as a trusted point of contact for client billing inquiries Address and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and analyze billing reports for internal stakeholders Provide data-driven insights to help inform financial and operational decisions Assist with the development and oversight of the billing department budget Contribute to strategic planning as the company grows Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent experience 2-3+ years of billing or related finance experience Demonstrated leadership or team development experience Strong understanding of billing processes and key accounting principles Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Life insurance AD&D, LTD and Voluntary Short-Term 401K with Employer Match Paid time off. The Billing Manager will oversee all billing operations, lead a team of billing specialists, and ensure that our processes are accurate, efficient, and client-focused.
