Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Yorba Linda, Ca

A stellar insurance agency, backed by over 15 years of industry leadership, is actively seeking a highly skilled commercial lines account manager. Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering bespoke client solutions and fostering continuous professional growth.

Salary ranges from $70k-$80k+, depending on experience. Hybrid work schedule. A full suite of benefits that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. Generous paid time off and paid holidays.

Qualifications needed to thrive :

  • Active p&c license
  • 4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
  • Proven track record of maintaining a book of business composed of contractors, real estate, and construction accounts
  • Comprehensive understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols

The position :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
  • Provide exceptional customer service, built on trust and professionalism
  • Marketing new and renewal business
  • Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
  • Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters
  • Assist with the gathering of renewal exposure information for the producer
  • Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
  • Manage information requests and documentation effectively
  • Prepare thorough applications for submission, incorporating underwriting information from producers

    • Compensation / pay rate (up to) : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
