Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic communications and brand reputation plans to enhance the college's visibility and support

Provide executive communications leadership and manage messaging for key stakeholders and initiatives

Lead and mentor a communications team while fostering collaboration and innovation within the department

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or related field

At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in communications

Demonstrated experience in leading comprehensive communications strategies

Experience supervising and developing professional staff in a collaborative environment

Proficiency with technology, social media, and communications platforms
