Surgical Specialty Center of Mid-Atlantic is hiring a Sterile Processing Technician. Welcome to Surgical Specialty Center of Mid-Atlantic. We believe health and care are inseparable. Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Orthopedics, Spine, and Urology.

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed

Salary Range : $30.90 to $40.88 (based on experience and qualifications)
