POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage sales in the Richmond, VA Territory . You will be the face of our brand, building relationships with contractors, property managers, and builders to expand our market presence and deliver tailored solutions. If you thrive on forging connections, closing deals, and bringing visions to life, this is the role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and Nurture Relationships : Build lasting partnerships with customers, including contractors, designers, property managers, and other stakeholders.
• Drive Sales Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service and product recommendations.
• Territory Management : Strategically manage your territory, identify high-potential leads, and execute effective follow-ups.
• Product Expertise : Provide expert guidance on our full line of products, demonstrating how they solve customer challenges and add value to their projects.
• Collaborate : Work closely with the store management team to ensure seamless service and support for your clients.
• Stay Informed : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
