Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calling / outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend the appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Educate prospective clients on product benefits, costs, and features in a clear and consultative manner
- Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach through sales and ongoing account support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and policy details
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Stay current on product updates, industry regulations, and market trends
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience (required). Candidates without 5+ years of documented sales experience will not be consideredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapportProven success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentProficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
