Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial lines accounts providing exceptional service and driving new business growth.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $48000 - $52000 annually
• Commission Structure:
  • Option 1: 20% commission on all new business in addition to base salary
  • Option 2: 40% commission on new business and 20% commission on renewals (commission earned after meeting salary threshold)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts acting as a generalist across various industries.
• Handle end-to-end servicing of accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; 2-5 years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
