Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities :

As Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift, you will head a team in ABB's Motion Drive Products Division in

New Berlin, WI. The Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift, ensures continuous and efficient production operations in line with plans, procedures, quality, and safety standards and policies. You will also be

responsible for improving safety, quality, productivity, and overall performance.

This is a second shift role. Second shift is from 2 : 45 p.m. - 11 : 15 p.m. Monday - Friday.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Enforce all EHS policies, procedures, and behaviors.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to team members.
• Operate in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Create high expectations for all employees and be consistent in all employee

relations matters.

4+ years of related experience OR High School / GED and 6+ years of related experience required.
